This workshop is for parents and their children aged 4-7 years. And you will learn the benefits if using reflexology at home. This routine is designed to help your children after a busy day or when life just becomes a little overwhelming. There is change at this stage in a child's life when they go to school and this routine will help to bring a sense of calm into children's world. Handouts will be provide and session will end with a relaxation Thursday 4th August 9.45 -10.45am The Beehive, Hogmoore Plenty of free parking, walks and a cafe Maximum of 8 adults Up to 2 children per adult
