Little Bird Journal is designed for children aged 5-10 years. 

It is a mix of positive self, mindfulness, meditations and refelxology. 


Children can learn the different reflex points on their hands, and how to massage them. There are activities to help children see themselves in a positive way, help them to name their emotions and a lot more. 

There are meditation scripts to read with their grown up. 


The journal is A4 sized so that younger children have a lovely big space for their drawings and writing. It is wire bound enabling it to lay flat for ease of use.
